About Larisa
Architecting Business Where Markets, Governments, and Capital Meet
Larisa's Current Business Endeavors
Larisa Miller is the founder and CEO of Phoenix Global Group Holdings, a specialized advisory firm operating across more than thirty countries. She has spent two decades working at the intersection of government, sovereign capital, global infrastructure, and complex cross-border transactions, advising clients in the Gulf, Sub-Saharan Africa, the United States, and beyond.
Phoenix Global was built on a simple operating conviction: the most consequential value creation of the next decade will happen at the seams between sectors, geographies, and capital sources. The firm is structured to operate in exactly those seams. Larisa’s clients include governments, family offices, Fortune 500 and emerging enterprises, business and corporate leaders, C-suite executive teams, and founders who are navigating market entry, capital deployment, regulatory environments, business model transformation, and the kind of transactions that require equal fluency in commercial structure and political reality.
Larisa is increasingly recognized as a global voice on business strategy, disruption, emerging market investment, and the architecture of reinvention. She speaks on stages across more than thirty countries, serves on boards on four continents, and is a contributor to academic volumes published by Springer and Emerald.
Boards, Stages, and Publications
Larisa serves on boards and advisory positions on four continents. She has spoken on stages in more than thirty countries on business strategy and disruption, global operations, emerging market investment, leadership, entrepreneurship, and the architecture of reinvention. She is a contributor to The Fourth Industrial Revolution and Its Impact on Ethics: Solving the Challenges of the Agenda 2030 (Springer, Sustainable Finance series), where her chapter examines how businesses can operationalize the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and to the Emerald Publishing volume The Rising Role of Women in Family Offices and Family Businesses, where her chapter examines the formal integration of women into family enterprise governance and capital allocation. She is the co-founder of Wealth Warriors, a tiered education platform launching in 2026.
Larisa’s international work has included representing a nonprofit initiative on behalf of Her Highness, a senior member of the Royal Family of Abu Dhabi. In that capacity, she worked directly with children in conflict and displacement settings, providing solar light kits and creating access to educational opportunity beyond what their immediate circumstances offered. The work extended into humanitarian operations across Jordan, Iraq, and Yemen alongside the Emirates Red Crescent. It shaped the operating principles she now brings to advisory engagements involving emerging markets, sovereign capital, and complex environments where commercial outcomes are inseparable from the on-the-ground realities of the people affected.

"My clients do not hire me to navigate disruption. They hire me to build the model that makes the rest of the market obsolete."

Larisa's Heritage
Larisa is from central Pennsylvania. Her father’s family worked the land. Her grandfather Paul Wolff was a farmer, and her father George, now ninety-four, remains an active governmental consultant in Harrisburg, where he has worked for most of his life. The Wolff line traces back to Reverend Dr. George Wolff and Reverend David Wolff of the German Reformed Church, who served in Pennsylvania in the mid-1800s. Her mother’s family came from the city — Pittsburgh, where her grandfather worked in the steel mills.
She lives in North Carolina.
Larisa is at work on her second book, Built Different: How to Build, Lead, and Compete When the Rules Keep Changing, releasing January 2027. She continues to lead Phoenix Global as its founder and CEO and speaks on stages across more than thirty countries on business strategy, global operations, disruption, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the architecture of reinvention.
What she is not interested in: telling anyone how to live.
What she is interested in: building what comes next.
