Some milestones feel less like achievements and more like turning points.
Today marks one of those moments for me.
I am honored to share that I am now under exclusive global representation with Chartwell Speakers, joining a distinguished roster of thought leaders, writers, strategists, and changemakers whose work I have admired for many years.
Being invited to join Chartwell’s exclusive speaker roster is both a professional milestone and a deeply meaningful personal honor. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of speaking to audiences around the world about leadership, economic transformation, innovation, resilience, and the opportunities that emerge during periods of profound change. To now partner with an organization that represents some of the world’s most respected voices is an exciting next step in that journey.
Going forward, all keynote speaking engagements, conferences, and masterclasses will be facilitated through Chartwell Speakers.
The Power of Conversations That Create Change
One of the reasons I am particularly excited about this partnership is the role speaking plays in helping leaders navigate uncertainty.
We are living through an era defined by disruption. Industries are being reshaped. Traditional business models are being challenged. Technologies are evolving faster than most organizations can adapt. At the same time, leaders are being asked to make decisions in increasingly complex environments.
In moments like these, meaningful conversations matter.
The most impactful events are not simply opportunities to share expertise. They create space for leaders to examine assumptions, explore new ideas, and develop strategies for navigating change. Throughout my work, I have seen firsthand how a single conversation can spark innovation, shift perspective, or inspire action.
That is the work I look forward to continuing through this new partnership with Chartwell.
Announcing My Forthcoming Memoir
This announcement also carries another milestone that is deeply personal.
Chartwell’s introduction provided the first public glimpse of my forthcoming memoir, I Drove My Guardian Angel to Drink, which will be published in the summer of 2026.
While much of my professional work focuses on business, leadership, and strategic transformation, this book explores a different kind of change—the deeply human experience of rebuilding after life takes an unexpected turn.
At its heart, the memoir is about what happens when the path you planned disappears.
It is written for anyone who has experienced one of life’s major resets: the moments that force us to begin again, whether we are ready or not. It explores resilience, reinvention, and the often difficult process of finding opportunity within circumstances we did not choose.
Most importantly, it is about recognizing that while we cannot always control the disruptions that enter our lives, we can control how we respond to them.
Finding Opportunity in the Redirect
Throughout my career, I have often spoken about transformation in organizations and economies. Yet some of the most important lessons I have learned came through personal experiences of uncertainty, transition, and rebuilding.
The memoir reflects those lessons.
It explores what it means to move forward when certainty disappears, how we develop resilience during difficult seasons, and why some of life’s most significant opportunities emerge from unexpected detours.
The title itself speaks to that reality. Sometimes life redirects us in ways we would never have chosen. The challenge is not avoiding those moments. The challenge is learning how to build something meaningful from them.
Gratitude for the Journey
No milestone is achieved alone.
I want to extend my sincere thanks to Adam Hassan and the entire Chartwell team for the confidence, warmth, and enthusiasm they have brought to this partnership. I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such an exceptional organization and look forward to the conversations and collaborations ahead.
I am equally grateful to the clients, readers, colleagues, friends, and family members who have supported me throughout this journey. Your encouragement, trust, and belief have helped make each new chapter possible.
As I look ahead to this next season—both as a speaker and as an author—I am filled with excitement for what is to come.
The work of leadership, transformation, and reinvention continues. The conversations continue. And now, a new story begins.
For those interested in booking a keynote, workshop, or masterclass, or for readers interested in learning more about I Drove My Guardian Angel to Drink, I look forward to sharing this next chapter with you.
