What an incredible honor it was to speak at the League of Leading Ladies Conference, hosted by Swiss Ladies Drive GmbH, held April 7–8 at the stunning Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa in Interlaken, Switzerland.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Swiss Alps, this gathering was more than just an event—it was a convergence of visionaries, leaders, and trailblazers committed to shaping a better future.
I had the privilege of sharing insights on a subject that lies at the very heart of my work and values: the integration of artificial intelligence, and the non-negotiable responsibility to build it ethically, inclusively, and without bias.
As I emphasized in my talk, AI trained on the past will only replicate the worst parts of it—unless we intentionally choose to design a more equitable future. That begins with:
- Centering diverse voices
- Insisting on inclusive data
- Refusing to let “neutrality” become complicity
But what made this event truly extraordinary was the collective wisdom in the room. The other women who took the stage brought powerful, deeply resonant lessons:
- The courage to pivot careers in uncertain times
- How to protect yourself in an increasingly digital world
- Navigating the flood of visual content and reclaiming clarity
- The mindset shift that comes when you realize you control your reactions, your habits, and your future
We explored the science of breaking patterns, the brain’s stunning ability to rewire itself, and the often-overlooked importance of physical movement—especially in high-performance, high-pressure environments.
A heartfelt thank you to Sasha (Alexandra) Lund for her masterful emceeing—bringing warmth, elegance, and energy to every moment.
And to Sandra-Stella Triebl—your vision is the reason this conference exists. Your tireless commitment to empowering women to become architects of the future continues to inspire. League of Leading Ladies is more than a conference. It’s a movement.
The theme this year was Planting Ideas: Think the Unthinkable.
We did just that.
And we left ready to build what doesn’t yet exist.
